About the Role nybl is not for everyone and everyone is not for nybl. This hugely important role of Unicorn Hunter / Expert Recruiter has the responsibility of finding superstar future nyblers using every tool and resource available. If you are a great judge of character and have an analytical mindset then you will thrive in this role. We don\xe2\x80\x99t do micromanagement so expect to be empowered to do your best work and be independently in charge of vacancies and planning strategy. You will need to be proactive and forward thinking and always looking to pipeline candidates for future and current vacancies. From attending career events to giving CV writing advice to future graduates you will be an ambassador for the brand. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. What you\'ll do
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
Determine selection criteria
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position\xe2\x80\x99s requirements
Lead employer branding initiatives
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
* The skills you\'ll need
Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or agency experience
Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. https://resources.workable.com/tutorial/post-a-job-on-stackoverflow, Github & LinkedIn Recruiter)
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Impeccable ability to analyse candidate suitability
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
