1. Umrah Specialist

Responsibilities:

Handle complete Umrah visa processing & documentation Manage hotel bookings, transport, and package coordination in Makkah & Madinah Communicate with Saudi suppliers and ensure smooth client arrangements Provide accurate religious guidance and itinerary support for pilgrims Maintain records, quotations, and ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Umrah/Religious travel operations Good knowledge of Saudi visa process and supplier network Excellent communication and customer service skills Arabic language knowledge is an advantage

2. Inbound Tours & Holiday Experts

Responsibilities:

Design and promote holiday packages for UAE & international destinations Handle hotel bookings, tours, transfers, and excursions Develop new travel itineraries and partnerships with local operators Deliver high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction Respond to client inquiries and manage end-to-end bookings

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in travel & tourism (inbound/outbound) Strong destination knowledge of UAE & GCC countries Experience with travel portals and booking systems Passion for travel and attention to detail

This position is

commission-based and target-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
