Job Overview: We are looking for a UI/UX Specialist with expertise in real estate to design and improve the user interfaces of our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in WordPress and PHP, along with a strong understanding of real estate industry dynamics and the ability to manage digital portals effectively.

Key Responsibilities: UI/UX Design: Create visually appealing and user-friendly designs for our digital platforms, ensuring an exceptional user experience. User Research: Conduct user research to understand the needs and preferences of real estate users, and translate findings into design improvements. Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders. Information Architecture: Optimize the information architecture of our digital platforms to enhance usability and navigation. Responsive Design: Ensure that designs are responsive and accessible across various devices and screen sizes. WordPress and PHP Expertise: Utilize your experience with WordPress and PHP to customize and enhance our websites and portals. Portal Management: Manage and maintain our digital portals, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning smoothly. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketing teams, to implement design solutions. User Testing: Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to make data-driven design decisions. Stay Current: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design and real estate technology.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UX Design, or a related field. Proven experience as a UI/UX Specialist, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work in the real estate sector. Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar. Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, and PHP. Experience managing and customizing WordPress websites. Familiarity with real estate industry trends and digital technologies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with real estate portals and property management systems. Knowledge of SEO best practices for real estate websites. Understanding of responsive web design principles. Experience with A/B testing and user analytics tools.
