Job Summary At Eastern Sands, we consider our team of Researchers to be an integral part of our business operations. As a Listing Specialist, your primary job is to establish and nurture strong relationships with owners and the sales team. You will provide adequate availabilities both for sales and rental activities. You will be confident and comfortable in networking and come up with win - win solutions for both the organization and owners. Responsibilities and Duties

• You will contact owners and get information and details regarding the units for sale or lease.
• You will achieve a target of 25-35 owners contacted on daily basis for availabilities.
• You will report on new availabilities on a daily basis.
• You will advise owners on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
• You will coordinate an agreement with the owner for a minimum 1% commission for Eastern Sands Real Estate once the property is sold.
• You will have a thorough knowledge of lease and sales terms, specifications and all community policies.
• You will be knowledgeable about required telephone and sales techniques.
• You will be knowledgeable about current market conditions.
• You will be fully informed of current rental and sale rates, sizes, locations and all amenities of property.
• You will be responsible for "shopping" for competitive properties.
• You will coordinate with the sales team for any respective availability under your listings, provide offer letter with reference number and prepare contract agreement, provide correct location of the units and facilitate viewing schedule with the owners.
• You will enter and update on Masterkey, all units accurate and up to date, pictures with logos and watermarks. All reports to be done via Masterkey and send update email as well to the Management.
• You will submit a Daily Activity Report.
• You will keep an orderly file of all the documents related to the availabilities (SPA's master plans etc.
• You will keep all sensitive details of availabilities confidential between yourself and the Management and to nobody else inside or outside the office premises.
• You will report directly with the Lead Listing Specialist
