Role Description: As a UX/UI Designer, you will work closely with your team in high-impact projects that will disrupt the market. You are a skilled storyteller, strategic thinker, and a master of your craft. You\xe2\x80\x99re passionate about clean design, usability, and performance - understanding the value of consistency, design inclusivity and research. You put users at the core of everything you do by grounding your product design in human centred design methodologies & data to ensure they solve real user needs and are easy to use and scalable. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to gain start-up experience as we are growing fast and the potential for earning department head status is very viable. Responsibilities:

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
• Develop and maintain design wire-frames and specifications.
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets.

Qualifications:

• You have 2+ years of full-time work experience or equivalent. University or College graduate in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, UX/UI, or related discipline or professional work experience as a UX and UI Designer is preferred.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates your experience, storytelling, and design presentation skills.
• Prior experience in reviewing existing systems and processes to identify UX issues and develop UX recommendations.
• Experience with modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Axure, Principle, Framer, and InVision.
• Experience with usability testing and user research.
