Job Description

A UI/UX designer is responsible for creating and enhancing customers' experience and facilitate an enjoyable experience on the companies' websites, landing pages and applications. UI/ UX designer needs to have a working understanding of coding to transfer the brand's strength through the interface, and for delivering the best online user experience, which makes this role extremely important for the success of all PSI online interaction to ensure a satisfactory customers journey and loyalty. The UI/UX Designer will be conceptualizing ideas using various methods and latest technology. S/he will be building the wireframes and customer experiences on the web and mobile as well as collecting, researching, investigating, evaluating and designing graphics and visual user interface elements to support the experience. The intention is to build and maintain a satisfactory customer online journeys. RESPONSIBILITIES Defines and implements innovative and creative solutions, visuals and experience. Executes all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to web development. Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness. Creates wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Determines how users interact with the products and services. Responsible for the visual styling including font choice, color scheme, graphics, buttons and calls-to-action styling. Creates user-centered designs reflecting the business requirements, the voice of the customer, user journeys and usability findings. Conversion Optimization. Performs metric analysis frequently to lead optimization efforts. Conducts user research and evaluate user feedback Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards Performs other similar or related duties as required or assigned by management. Conducts user research to learn about users, their behavior, goals, motivations and needs. Performs metric analysis frequently to lead optimization efforts Collecting behavior data via various methods such as interviews with users/stakeholders, competitive analysis, online surveys, empathy maps and focus groups. Educational Requirements / Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design UI/UX design certificate Must have a UI design portfolio. Bilingual in Arabic and English Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in UI/UX in an organization or 2 years freelance experience focused on UI/UX designs.
