About the Role
The
UI Designer
crafts visually compelling, intuitive, and consistent interfaces for digital products. You'll translate complex functionality into user-friendly interfaces and design systems that promote clarity, confidence, and delight.Key Responsibilities
Create visually engaging and accessible designs for web and mobile applications. Develop and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries. Design clear, effective data visualizations for insights and recommendations. Define UI patterns for transparency, user control, and error handling. Collaborate with UX Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to deliver polished, high-performing interfaces. Build interactive prototypes to validate designs and gather feedback. Incorporate feedback and usability data to continuously refine designs.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in UI Design or Visual Product Design. Strong portfolio showcasing UI design for digital products. Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability principles. Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Nice to Have
Experience designing for data-heavy or AI-powered products. * Motion design or prototyping experience (Framer, After Effects, etc.).
