Key Responsibilities
? Develop detailed client proposals and presentations that accurately reflect individual
preferences and special requests.
? Support the daily operations and administrative needs of luxury residential projects.
? Serve as a key liaison between clients/homeowners and service teams, ensuring seamless
communication and execution of specific property requirements.
? Plan, manage, and oversee multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and
adherence to high standards.
? Manage core property responsibilities, including vendor coordination, procurement,
maintenance scheduling, and quality control.
? Ensure efficient, timely execution of tasks in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
? Manage and update CRM systems to reflect current project progress and client details.
? Maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers to enhance overall service
quality.
? Source, vet, and onboard new vendors in line with client needs and company standards.
? Collaborate closely with Experience and Operations Managers to maintain consistency and
alignment with client expectations.
? Maintain and regularly update client and project databases, capturing lifestyle preferences,
service histories, agreements, and all related documentation.

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
