Awareness and knowledge of concepts and approaches of assessment in medical education oKnowledge and experience with assessment systems preferably in context of postgraduate specialty education oSkills and experience in examining in context of medical education oAnalytical skills in program evaluation preferably in context of postgraduate specialty education oEffective communication and coordination skills oEffective interpersonal and teamwork skills oLeadership and management competencies including organizational abilities and supervision skills.

Minimum Qualification



MBBS or equivalent o Postgraduate qualification in one of the medical specialties o Postgraduate degree/certificate in medical education or equivalent

Expected Skills



Consultant status or at least 3 years' experience post specialty qualification o Experience in management of postgraduate specialty programs o Experience with assessment systems for postgraduate specialty education
