Job Description
We are hiring Females OnlyA Client Engagement / Communication Specialist for our fine jewelers brand.Responsibilities:
Create daily stories and trend-driven content for TikTok & Snapchat only
Engage with clients, reply to inquiries, and follow up via social media / CRMHandle client calls and provide product support
Work closely with the sales team to achieve the sales goalsMonitor trends and maintain the jeweler's brand toneRequirements:
Fluent in English & ArabicStrong understanding of TikTok & Snapchat trends, with good video editing experience
CRM clients data management skillsEmail / WhatsApp marketing skills
Confident on camera, with excellent communication skills (sales experience is a plus)Experience in luxury retail or jewelers industry
