Job Description

We are looking for a highly creative and self-motivated Content Creator & Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate and a strong understanding of digital content trends. This role requires the ability to create high-quality visual content, manage social media platforms, and generate engaging marketing materials.

Responsibilities:

Create high-quality video content for real estate marketing, including property tours, promotional videos, and social media reels. Edit videos professionally with smooth transitions, effects, and sound enhancements. Capture and edit engaging photos and posters for digital marketing campaigns. Develop on-the-spot content for social media to highlight real-time updates and property insights. Manage and grow our presence across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Research and implement the latest digital marketing and social media trends to enhance engagement. Plan and execute creative ideas for posts, reels, and other content to attract potential clients. Work closely with real estate agents and visit developers' offices to create promotional content. Ensure brand consistency and maintain a high standard of visual quality in all marketing materials.

Requirements & Experience:

Proven experience as a Content Creator and Video Editor, preferably in the real estate industry. Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar). Strong skills in photo editing and graphic design (Photoshop, Canva, etc.). Ability to produce high-quality videos, reels, and short-form content for social media. Excellent command of English (written and spoken). Self-motivated and able to work independently while meeting deadlines. Familiarity with social media trends, marketing strategies, and engagement techniques. Experience in managing social media accounts and growing audience engagement.
