During your tenure as Learning Programs Associate, you will support the in execution of the common learning programs delivered to all Deloitte Middle East (DME) employees; support the CoE and Business Learning teams in delivering the learning programs and assist in the implementation of DME learning practices in collaboration with the Offshore SSC learning team. You will also demonstrate your capabilities in the following areas
  • Oversee the completion of mandatory trainings and follow up with employees
  • Sharing training invitations with employees, tracking acceptance, conducting follow ups with employees
  • Collecting attendance and feedback after virtual / face to face events, sharing the feedback and attendance reports with business learning teams
  • Manage training related travel arrangements and the coordination between employees and third-party providers
  • Provide travel support and/or help desk activities to employees during training related travel
  • Track travel costs and allocate them to businesses and portfolios
  • Manage the development and distribution of periodic reports

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s/ master\'s degree in learning, education, or a related field
  • Knowledge in any of these areas is required: training needs analysis, adult learning methodologies, instructional design, curriculum management, corporate training, project management and digital learning
  • Knowledge of best practices in Learning and Development is preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to communicate professionally with team members
  • Detail oriented and conscientious
  • Proficient in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in English (reading, speaking, and writing). Preference will be given to bilingual candidates (Arabic/English)
