Overview of the role

We are looking for a data analyst with experience in Power BI to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data analysis and visualization techniques, as well as experience with Power BI and other business intelligence tools. The data analyst will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing data to help us make better business decisions.

What you will do

Analytics Delivery

Responsible for delivering Analytics requirements end to end from requirement gathering to production,

• Collect, clean, and analyses data from a variety of sources
• Develop and implement data visualizations using Power BI and other business intelligence tools
• Work with stakeholders to understand their data needs and develop reports and dashboards that meet those needs

Self-service Analytics

• Responsible for business enablement on self service analytics
• Organize/ facilitate sessions/ workshops with vendors and business

Analytics Governance

• Prepare guidelines for reports development
• Prepare templates for developers and Power users

Others

• Work with support team to maintain Analytics platform
• Support with existing reporting technologies like Tableau and Alteryx
• Stay up-to-date on the latest data analysis and visualization techniques

Server Administration Activity / Support for Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx

Product Version Upgrade for Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx

Product Migration for Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx

Co-ordination with BI Product Support Team for Issue resolution

Budget Planning

License Management

Required skills to be successful

College or University degree in Computer Science and Engineering or a related discipline

Minimum Experience and Knowledge: 3-5 years\' experience in Data Analytics

• Advanced working knowledge and experience with data analysis
• Experience building and optimizing data solutions (specifically Power BI)
• Experience in reporting delivery end to end from gathering requirements to production
• Experience with SQL and other data manipulation tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good leadership and teamwork skills with strong experience of working collaboratively in an agile environment using SCRUM, Kanban, etc to deliver new products and services.
