Job Description

This opportunity is open exclusively to UAE Nationals with a strong background in finance and accounting, particularly in managing receivables and team supervision.

Lead the Accounts Receivable function, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and collections
Supervise a team of AR accountants and support their development
Manage customer accounts, monitor ageing reports, and follow up on outstanding payments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve disputes and improve billing processes
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and audit requirements
Assist in monthly closing activities and reporting

Take on a leadership role within a stable, well-established organizationGain exposure to a fast-paced, high-performing finance environment

UAE National with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role
Strong understanding of billing systems, ERP tools, and AR best practices
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
