This is a full-time, permanent role based in Al Ain, where you'll have the opportunity to represent Toyota and make a real impact.
As a Toyota Sales Executive, you'll maximize every sales opportunity, build lasting relationships, and deliver a seamless customer journey. Your goal? Achieve ambitious sales targets while driving Finance & Insurance (F&I) products, trade-ins, and accessories--ensuring every customer leaves with more than just a car, but a complete Toyota experience.
What You Will Do
- Sales Volume: Hit and exceed company sales standards to boost brand image and prestige.
- Customer Satisfaction: Deliver outstanding service and achieve CSI/NPS objectives for repeat business and loyal customers.
- Prospecting: Log and convert prospects using company systems to grow your customer base and meet business goals.
- Cash & Credit Control: Follow company procedures to ensure secure transactions and minimize risk.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead by mastering product knowledge, industry trends, and cutting-edge selling techniques to elevate your performance.
