The job involves providing operational support for Administrative Affairs. This includes managing events, evaluating non-accredited programs and faculty workshops, supporting projects, coordinating operational duties, and providing complex administrative assistance.
Responsibilities
Manage events and programs for a university\'s academic affairs, administrative affairs
Coordinate logistics, budgeting, security, and vendor management for events such as seminars, workshops, conferences, exhibitions, and awards ceremonies
Manage non-accredited programs and workshops, evaluate attendee satisfaction and learning outcomes, and support project planning and execution
Manage human resources and financial administration support for the administration teams
Coordinate travel arrangements for senior management, if required
Perform administrative duties such as creating meeting agendas, recording minutes, and creating reports and presentations
Requirements and Knowledge
Bachelors Degree or above
Minimum 5 years\' experience in events management, learning and development, or administrative role
At least 2 years\' experience managing events in a university or academic institution
Experience in creating budgets and managing financial administration
Proficiency in survey design and administration
Excellent communication skills
Experience in managing executive travel bookings
Arabic language speaker preferred
