Key Responsibilities



Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally. Maintain and organize company documents, records, and filing systems. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff. Assist HR with employee onboarding and documentation. Prepare reports, presentations, and basic data entry tasks. Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary. Liaise with internal departments and external vendors for administrative support. Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients when required.

Skills & Qualifications



UAE National (Female) as per Emiratization requirements. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Previous experience in administration or office coordination is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
