This associate-level role supports the delivery of Islamic Corporate & Investment Banking solutions across a varied client base. It involves managing Islamic finance transactions, contributing to strategic initiatives, and working with stakeholders to support business growth aligned with Shariah principles.

• Support the development and execution of Islamic banking strategy.
• Deliver assigned Islamic Corporate & Investment Banking business targets.
• Build and maintain relationships across front office and support functions.
• Monitor and report on market intelligence related to Islamic finance.
• Ensure compliance with Islamic risk management frameworks.
• Collaborate with Shariah Committees, regulators, and legal advisors.
• Contribute to client-centric solutions and digital transformation initiatives.

• Postgraduate degree in Business or Management.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in banking or broader financial services.
• Strong interest in corporate & investment banking.
• Strong understanding of Islamic banking structures and products.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability in client relationship management and market analysis.
• Strategic thinker with sound decision-making and risk management capabilities.
