Uae National Finance Manager

Job Description
You'll play a critical role in supporting the setup of a newly launched government initiative, working closely with leadership to drive financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in an unstructured, fast-moving environment and able to manage both day-to-day financial operations and long-term strategy.
- Develop and manage budgeting processes across multiple cost centers
- Support financial reporting, audit preparation, and board-level presentations
- Ensure full compliance with relevant UAE regulations and financial controls
- Act as the single point of contact for all finance-related matters during the setup phase
- UAE National with Family Book
- 5 - 8 years of experience in finance, ideally within government or startup-like environments
- Comfortable operating solo and building financial systems from scratch
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Own and lead the finance function in a high-trust, high-autonomy environment
- Opportunity to work closely with executive leadership on high impact engagements
