Develop and implement measurement processes, setting targets and analysing data for improvement.Review and approve robust and transparent policies and processes for confirming KPIs, continuously enhancing measurement effectiveness.Approve format and content of performance reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Identify performance improvement opportunities, collaborate on strategies and initiatives, and approve cross-departmental initiatives.Lead and engage Strategy & Excellence team, mentor team members, and collaborate with other departments for aligned performance goals.
Profile Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.UAE National.7+ years of proven experience in corporate performance management, strategy development, or related roles.Exhibits highly analytical thinking and possesses a demonstrated talent for identifying, examining, enhancing, and streamlining complex work processes.Proficient in various software applications along with strong computer literacy across a wide range of platforms
