The Debt Collector is responsible for visiting clients and collecting outstanding payments as instructed by the Finance Department. The role requires frequent field visits, strong follow-up skills, and a valid UAE driving license.
Key Responsibilities
Follow instructions from the Finance Department regarding debt collection tasks. Visit clients directly to collect outstanding payments across
Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and other Emirates
. Follow up with clients through visits, calls, and reminders until payment is received. Submit collected payments and provide regular collection reports to the Finance Department. Ensure professionalism and confidentiality when dealing with clients.Requirements
UAE National (mandatory). Based in Dubai or willing to travel across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and other Emirates. Valid UAE Driving License. Willingness to work outside the office and meet clients directly. Fluent in Arabic and basic in English. Previous experience in collections or customer service is an advantage.
