Job Responsibilities:
Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and account information.
Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
Establishes entry priorities.
Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure data accuracy and eliminate duplication of data.
Resolves deficiencies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to colleague for resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and organize information.
Maintain data confidentiality and security at all times.
Perform general office tasks, special projects and other duties as requested or required from time to time.
Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
High school graduate or higher educational background
Preferably UAE National
Proficient in Arabic and English communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Efficiently manage time to meet deadlines and complete tasks within specified timelines.
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
