We are hiring a

UAE National (Emirati)

to work as a

Communication & HR Online Support Officer

.
This is a

work-from-home

role focused on handling calls, WhatsApp messages, emails and supporting HR with simple online tasks.

Responsibilities

1. Communication & Customer Support



Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails Provide basic information and assistance to employees and clients Coordinate communication between internal departments Maintain a daily communication log

2. HR Online Support (No field work)



Assist HR team with simple online checks on MOHRE, ICA, GDRFA and EID portals Share status updates with HR/PRO team Update employee details in internal records

3. Reporting & Administration



Prepare simple Excel/Word reports Submit daily task sheet and weekly activity summary to management Maintain organised digital files and documents
Requirements

UAE National (Emirati) - Mandatory

Good communication skills in Arabic & English Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, online portals) Able to work independently from home Fresh graduates are welcome Immediate joiners preferred
Work Environment & Benefits

Fully remote - Work From Home Saturday & Sunday off 8 hours per day Salary AED 4,000 per month Benefits as per UAE Labour Law
