HR & Business Support Officer (

All-Rounder)



Position Summary


We are seeking a versatile and dynamic professional to join our team as an

HR & Operations All-Rounder

. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in multi-tasking, enjoy working across functions, and can adapt quickly to business needs. The candidate will serve as a central point of coordination across HR, administration, payroll, recruitment, compliance, and executive support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities



Human Resources & Recruitment



Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, documentation, visa renewals, and exits. Oversee recruitment activities including sourcing, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews. Maintain HR records, contracts, and compliance documentation. Support employee engagement, training, and policy implementation.

Payroll & Compliance



Collate and validate monthly payroll inputs. Track attendance, leave, and overtime records. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal policies. Coordinate with PRO for visas, Emirates ID, and related documentation.

Administration & Operations



Handle day-to-day office administration, facilities, and vendor management. Prepare reports, trackers, and SOPs to improve organizational efficiency. Support in fleet management, office logistics, and general operational needs. Assist with finance coordination such as invoice follow-ups and expense reconciliations.

Executive Support



Manage senior leadership's calendars, meetings, and communications. Draft correspondence, consolidate reports, and ensure follow-through on key action points. Act as a bridge between management and teams to drive priorities forward.

CRM:



Coordinate with After sales services team to proactively communicate to customer from time to time which also includes automation of customer journey down the line.

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in HR, operations, or admin roles. Basic knowledge of UAE labor law and HR compliance practices. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and HR software, ERP & CRM software implementation knowledge is a plus. Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
