Job Description

As the Manager of Commercial & Project Finance, you will lead financial structuring, commercial negotiations, and execution of complex energy and infrastructure projects. This role is central to enabling the growth and financial sustainability of the organisation, with a focus on greenfield and brownfield developments.

• Lead financial analysis and due diligence for new and existing projects.
• Structure, negotiate, and execute non-recourse project finance transactions.
• Develop and run detailed financial models to support investment decisions.
• Negotiate financing term sheets and finalise documentation with banks and advisors.
• Support capital structure planning, budgeting, and long-term financial forecasting.
• Prepare executive-level reports and investment presentations.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including investors, regulators, and lenders.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance and regulatory frameworks.

Lead energy projects with a regional leader in sustainability and infrastructureUAE National with 8+ years in project finance, M&A, or asset management

• UAE National with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in project finance, M&A, or asset portfolio management.
• Proven track record in greenfield/brownfield energy or infrastructure transactions.
• Strong financial modelling skills and experience negotiating finance documents.
• Background in investment firms, Big Four, consulting, banking, or energy companies.
• Preferred: Master's degree or certifications such as CFA or MBA.
