Overview of the role: The Branch Manager is primarily responsible for the ownership and control of the Abu Dhabi Famco Branch and drive the team performance and the region strategies.
What you will do:
- On- going performance management of the team based on agreed KPI metrics and performance levels for the team as well as monitoring the work of the team and encouraging them to meet their set targets

• Manage Abu Dhabi branch operation and lead day-to-day responsibilities.
• Marketing Abu Dhabi branch within the community to attract business
• Hold daily team meeting s to discuss progress, new opportunities, role plays, create plans and forecasts that are built to fit future needs.

• Work to grow the branch businesses and customers acquisitions across all brands. Handle all customer complaints and inquiries.

• Complete Brand integration and relationship management of all business channels Sales, Service & Parts
• Managers are expected to maintain the profitability of the brands while controlling and maintaining customer and employee satisfaction
• People working within the commercial industry often have to work extended hours, evenings and weekends to achieve their goals

Required Skills to be successful:

• Ability to performance manage a team
• Languages: Arabic and English

• Outstanding interpersonal, facilitation and presentation and motivational skills
• Ability to influence and gain commitment at all organizational levels

What equips you for the role:

• Strong knowledge in managing relationship with government and semi government entities
• Understanding of customer service
• Diploma or Degree Holder
