Provide general administrative support to the department.
Maintain and organize files, records, and documents (both physical and electronic).
Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and meetings for faculty or staff.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, etc.), ensuring timely responses.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.
Ensure office supplies are ordered and properly stocked.
Assist in coordinating events, meetings, and conferences.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Support the department in any other administrative tasks as required.
