Ensure administration work undertaken is in accordance with department procedures, standards, and policies.
Support the coordination of tasks related to general administration, HR, procurement, finance, and training.
Provide admin systems support including data entry, maintenance, update and support of relevant systems and equipment.
Produce reports as required. Collate, analyse, archive, and retrieve data / information when necessary.
Handle customer/employee requests, actioning transactions, tasks, and queries in a timely manner to provide a high level of service for all admin related activities.
Complete timely and accurate processing of transactions, including auditing and stock control, and
reconciliation for settlement of corporate expenses.
Prepare and maintain relevant documentation to support departmental functions.
