Position: JPC - 4723 - UAE Consumer Happiness Officer Location: Abu Dhabi -Government JOB PURPOSE the Ombudsman Unit for the UAE, provides a complaint resolution mechanism to the consumers of Licensed Financial Institutions (LFIs) and Insurance Companies. As a Consumer Happiness Officer, you will be on the front line of our Customer Happiness Centre to provide best in class customer service. You will be committed to helping consumers with their inquiries and directing them to the right support to help resolve their complaints against LFIs and/or Insurance Companies in a fair, efficient and timely manner QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Threshold Qualifications High School Degree or Diploma in Banking/Marketing/Finance or any other related discipline. Proficient in the Arabic language and good command of English. Years & Nature of Experience 2 - 4 years of customer service experience.#LI-KS1 Working experience in the UAE would be an advantage.
