The Inventory Controller is responsible for managing the battery, spare parts, and scrap inventory. This includes ensuring real-time accuracy in Zoho Inventory, conducting audits, handling stock issuance/receiving, and coordinating with relevant departments to maintain smooth inventory flow.

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Tire Sales Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, advising them on Tire options, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in selecting the right Tires for their vehicles.
Provide expert advice on Tire features, benefits, and maintenance.
Manage sales transactions, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
Conduct tyre inspections and recommend appropriate services or products.
Maintain a thorough understanding of current promotions, offers, and inventory.
Collaborate with the service team to schedule Tire fitting and other related services.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
Keep the sales area organized, clean, and well-stocked with promotional materials.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Qualifications:
2+ years of UAE experience in Tire sales, automotive service, or a related field preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Basic mechanical knowledge of vehicles and Tire specifications.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
