Key Responsibilities:
Government Transactions Handling:
Preparing and submitting applications for employment visas, labor contracts, Emirates ID, health insurance, and residency permits via MOHRE, GDRFA, Tasheel, and E-Channel systems.
Submitting medical test requests and Emirates ID typing through platforms like DHA and ICA.
Data Entry and Accuracy Checks:
Entering accurate information into government portals.
Verifying and cross-checking fees and documents to ensure compliance with government policies.
Document Preparation:
Drafting and typing official letters, employment contracts, no objection certificates (NOCs), and visa applications.
Formatting and preparing documentation in Arabic and English.
Customer and Office Support:
Coordinating with clients and HR departments to gather required documents.
Following up with government offices on application status and approvals.
Record Management:
Maintaining accurate digital and physical records of all government-related transactions.
Ensuring confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information.
Job Requirements:
Experience:
1-3 years experience in typing and handling MOHRE, GDRFA, and Tasheel systems is typically required.
Skills:
Fast and accurate typing in Arabic and English.
Proficiency in using government portals like MOHRE, GDRFA, Tasheel, E-Channel, and ICA.
Good communication and client service skills.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; secretarial or admin office training is a plus.
