Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Typist to support our PRO (Public Relations Officer) Services department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately preparing, formatting, and processing a variety of official government forms, visa applications, letters, and legal documents required for company formation and government-related transactions in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and type official documents for visa applications, Emirates ID, medical, Labor cards, and license renewals
Format and complete government forms including immigration, labor, and municipality-related applications
Maintain and update document records and filing systems
Coordinate with PROs to ensure accuracy and completeness of all submitted documents
Handle typing tasks for letters, contracts, NOCs, and other business-related documents
Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and documentation standards
Work closely with internal departments to collect and compile required information
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Typist or Document Processor in a PRO services or business setup company
Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Strong knowledge of UAE government forms and processes (Ministry of Labour, Immigration, DED, Free Zones, etc.)
Proficient in MS Word and basic document formatting
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in a typing center or PRO service firm
Familiarity with Tasheel, Amer, and other government portals
Strong verbal and written communication skills
