: Immediate Joining RequiredWe are expanding our administrative team and seeking a
qualified Typist & PRO
to handle government-related documentation and company legal processes.Key Responsibilities : Typist Duties:
Prepare and type
Arabic and English documents
, letters, applications, and forms. HandleEmirates ID, Labor Contract, Visa, and Immigration documentation
through online portals. Preparegovernment forms
(Tasheel, Tawjeeh, Amer, ICA, MOHRE, GDRFA, etc.). Maintain accuratefiling of company records and documents
.PRO (Public Relations Officer) Duties:
Handle all
government-related processes
(Labour, Immigration, Municipality, Economic Department, Chamber of Commerce, etc.). Visit relevantgovernment departments
for documentation processing when required. Assist withtrade license renewals, visa processing, medicals, Emirates ID, WPS, and other corporate formalities
. Ensure compliance withUAE laws and regulations
regarding company operations.Required Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum
3 years of relevant experience
in the UAE Proficiency inArabic & English typing
(mandatory) Experience usingTASHEEL, E-Channel, ICA, MOHRE, and other UAE online portals
Strong knowledge ofUAE labour law and government procedures
Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory) Excellent communication and organizational skillsHow to Apply:
