We are seeking a skilled Typist / Administrative Assistant to join our team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have experience handling government and general typing services, along with strong administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Type and prepare all kinds of transactions (government, business, and general).
Enter data accurately into government portals and office systems.
Prepare and process official documents, letters, and forms.
Assist clients with inquiries and provide professional support.
Manage day-to-day office administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the UAE.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
Knowledge of UAE e-systems (ICP, Immigration, Labour, Municipality) preferred.
Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (Bengali/Urdu is a plus).
Organized, customer-focused, and able to work under pressure.
