Overview of the role:

• Trouble shooting and repair of TV (TV, Audio, Video, Cameras etc), & IT peripherals.
• Trouble shooting and repair of Main Boards,
• Installation of TV Home theatre and AV Solution products at customer premises etc

What you will do:- Description of Accountability

• Candidate should be Diploma / ITI Electronics
• He should have with minimum 5-7 years of experience in audiovisual systems.
• Troubleshooting and component level repairing of Smart TVs (LED/LCD) / Modern AV systems.
• Candidate should able to identify the fault in above mention units.
• He should also able to go through the service manuals and carry out the maintenance of the unit.
• Candidate should able to understand the fault in the unit and the route cause for the same.
• Candidate should be able to understand the diagram provided in manual and able to identify the part name / code etc. for ordering spare parts.
• He should also be able to explain the same to customer.
• Candidate should have knowledge of operating computers.
• He should be able to co-ordinate with Principal / OEM for technical issues / troubleshooting.
• Should have good interpersonal skill, as have to coordinate with customers.
• Candidate should have moderate level knowledge of English (Read, Write, Speak)
• Candidate should able to prepare work done report and update the same in the system.

• Degree (4 years) or Diploma (3 years) in IT
