Role Overview

We are seeking a

Turkish Chat Customer Service Representative

to join our team in Maadi. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting Turkish-speaking users through real-time chat support, ensuring a positive and professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Provide prompt, accurate, and professional support to Turkish-speaking users via live chat. Handle product inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and offer appropriate solutions. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and problem solving. Escalate complex cases to relevant departments when necessary. Keep detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions. Meet established performance metrics and quality standards.

Qualifications

Fluent or native-level Turkish

, with strong English proficiency. No prior experience required;

fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

. Strong written communication and customer service skills. Good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Customer-oriented mindset with professionalism and reliability. High school diploma required;

Bachelor's degree preferred
