The primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential and existing customers, introduce our products/services, generate interest, and convert leads into sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in Turkish, a persuasive attitude, and a strong ability to work independently and meet targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound sales calls to Turkish-speaking leads and prospects.
Promote and sell products/services, highlighting key benefits and features.
Build rapport with potential customers and identify their needs.
Follow up on leads and previous conversations to close sales.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
Provide feedback on call outcomes, customer concerns, and market trends.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
Requirements:
Fluency in Turkish (spoken and written)
; proficiency in English is a plus.
Proven experience in telesales, outbound calling, or a related sales role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Experience using CRM software is preferred.
High school diploma required; degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
