- Supports the Project Manager by gathering required Information with the End User during the Project Initiation Stage.
- Coordinates with all Project Team prepares Project’s Budgetary Estimate and present to Project Manager for final confirmation.
- Supports Project Manager in preparing Employer’s requirements, Drawings, and other documents required during Planning Stage of the Project.
- Attends Meetings with the Contractors, Consultants and other Stakeholders and records important information for the Project.
- Reviews shop drawings, material samples and other documents submitted by the Contractor and prepare necessary recommendation for approvals.
- Inspects the Quality of work of the Contractor’s work at site and ensure to compliance with Project Scope / Requirements , specification, and standards.
- Close Monitors the Contractor’s Site Progress and ensures progress is complying with Project Baseline Programme and reports to Project Manager any delays or deviation from the Programme.
- Keeps record of the Overall Cost of the Project and ensuring Project is within the budget.
- Coordinate with Project Team, Consultants and Contractors to ensure completion on time and budget.
- Reviews Payment applications/invoices submitted by the Contractor and confirms the information is as per actual site progress.
- Inspection of all Snags and ensuring Quality of work and completion within the approved timeline.
- Reporting Daily results and updates to Line Manager/ Project Manager.
- Ensure cost saving are made (wherever applicable) without compromising quality
- Implements safety measures at site are in line with DPW and Authority standards and ensure that highest level of safety are applied in all activities.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
