We're looking for a Trip Planner, preferably a female to join our adventurous team in Abu Dhabi to help us coordinate unforgettable trips to our clients. We need someone passionate about traveling who can manage all the details, from identifying trip destination, and duration to planning activities and unforgettable experiences. Research new destinations, and suggest innovative experiences for our clients.
Plan every aspect of the trip from the destination, duration, to trip activities and all trip requirements.
Monitor and report on travel expenditure
Provide recommendations for improving future travel plans.
Develop and adhere to travel budgets.
Making bookings and reservation of hotels, and other related activities.
Answering all the queries and questions in a professional manner.
Maintaining a healthy relationship with the vendors and the clients as well.
Staying updated with the knowledge of the latest travel trends and destinations.

Requirements ? Bachelor degree holder in Tourism or any relevant field. ? Must have 2-4 years of previous experience in the traveling industry. ? Familiar with various travel destinations. ? Good experience and knowledge of international travel trends. ? Excellent English oral and written communication skills. ? Strong organization and analytical skills. ? Exceptional customer service skills. ? Strong negotiation and sales skills. ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office. ? Customer-oriented individual and an outstanding problem-solver. ? Good numerical abilities. ? Excellent presentation skills. ? Ability to work independently and within a team. ? A keen eye on details for accuracy. ? Good time management skills. ?
