Role Summary As a Treasury Officer, youll report directly to the Finance Manager and be a key player in our Finance team. You will be responsible for monitoring cash flow, managing bank relationships, overseeing investment opportunities, and supporting treasury-related operations across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Monitor daily cash flow to ensure the company has adequate liquidity.
Manage bank and brokerage accounts, including account opening/closing and KYC updates.
Evaluate and recommend investment opportunities for surplus funds.
Manage fixed deposits, bonds, stocks, and other financial instruments.
Serve as the main point of contact with banks and maintain strong relationships.
Respond to bank queries and update necessary documentation.
Negotiate loan terms, credit facilities, and other financial services.
Prepare treasury reports such as cash flow statements and investment summaries.
Assist with financial audits and provide relevant documentation.
Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies.
Handle other treasury-related ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Banking, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years experience in treasury or a similar finance role
Skills & Competencies:
Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and Word
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and manage tight deadlines
