The role will help lead core aspects of Treasury\'s cash management operations in support of our decentralized portfolio of businesses. The position will also have exposure to Treasury\'s strategic initiatives around capital structure and financial risk management. The position will report to the Treasury Manager and work heavily with the Treasury Analyst and other members of Finance in addition to heavy engagement with our banks across the region particularly in Saudi.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee cash management activities for the region
Assist the TM in rationalizing the current banks structure and services
Analysis of bank fees and providing recommendations for cost savings opportunities
Facilitate the opening of new bank accounts and support in the KYC related documentation
Provide support to local finance teams for inquiries related to payments, cash management and bank account issues
Communicate effectively with local finance teams and the corporate tax and legal departments to ensure efficient cash movements
Evaluate and recommend new banking products and services and technologies
Assist in the implementation of new technology and automation and other initiatives by Treasury
Oversee trade finance activities including letters of credit and guarantees
Oversee Concur Expense Management and Corporate credit card program
Loan administration and compliance
Experience with debt/capital structure analysis and addressing funding needs
Perform ad hoc analysis and support special projects as needed
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Essential
Bachelor\'s degree in related field
5+ years\' of relevant experience in a multinational public corporation
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Working knowledge of relevant areas of accounting and finance
Proven problem solver with the ability to work independently to research, test hypotheses, arrive at conclusions and make recommendations
Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to communicate the results
Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good command of Microsoft office suite of tools
Trade Finance Experience
Travel to Saudi and other regions may be needed
Desirable
Degree in Finance, Business Administration or Accounting
Some level of exposure to currency and/or interest rate hedging
Knowledge of Arabic is preferred
