Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled

Treasury Operations Analyst

to join our Operations team at MBPSC Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring FX/MM transactions, managing currency positions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and Central Bank regulations, and improving the accuracy and efficiency of treasury-related processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Verify and confirm all FX/MM deals in the system to ensure accurate transaction booking. Prepare Central Bank BRF submissions using treasury data. Monitor and advise on currency positions for various branches to manage exchange exposure. Control FX/MM transaction limits and ensure compliance with dealer thresholds. Validate exchange and deposit rates to ensure correct rates are offered to clients. Match Forex bank deals with customer transactions to eliminate unmatched exchange positions. Monitor limits and record Precious Metal transactions within approved limits and accounting policies. Review Parity Tolerance Reports to prevent misapplication of exchange rates and losses. Track daily FX profit/loss and investigate any discrepancies due to incorrect rates. Oversee Nostro account management to ensure timely entries, maintain account balances, and avoid overdrafts.

Working Environment & Relationships:

Operates within the Treasury Operations Control (TOC) Manual framework and may adapt to system changes. Collaborates closely with Operations teams, local and overseas branches, and Dealers. Accuracy and timeliness are critical due to system limitations and the manual nature of some processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate from a reputed university. 2-4 years of relevant experience in Treasury Operations, preferably within a medium-sized bank. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Excellent command of spoken and written English. Strong analytical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
