Treasury Accountant

Job Description
We are looking for an Accountant who can handle the Bank activities and the VAT for a group of companies :
- Monitoring daily activity through the ERP system and various banking portals and investigating differences to expectations
- Maintaining the cash flow forecasts across all the bank accounts and 3 currencies
- Monthly revaluations on the bank accounts
- Maintain records of authorized signatories for purposes of FBAR and other reporting needs
- Maintain intercompany loan documentation and interest calculations
- Applies some advanced skills and procedures appropriate for the position within assigned functional area
- Ensuring high quality (consistency & accuracy) of allocated NAV deliverables
- Responsible for production & delivery of prices for your allocated funds
- Proceed monthly control procedure
- Ensure the coordination of the statutory audit, year in year out, and resolve all possible queries
- Maintain and manage all financial records, logs, spreadsheets, and registers
- Ensure the company\xe2\x80\x99s banking operations; seeing to it that all funds are appropriately banked ensuring efficiency and returns
- Provide inputs and advice to company. This could include recommending changes that will maximize revenue and profit
- Ensure tax regulations are in compliance with established standards
- Ensure the robust and efficient tax planning and filing with the relevant bodies
- See to it that the financial position of the company is well calculated daily
- Check and verify cash transactions; and also investigate and propose possible resolution for any discrepancies
- Responsible for interest and debt analysis, with provision of relevant information and report
- Bachelor degree in Finance and/or Accounting preferred
- Liaison with the company banks
- Dealing with Foreign Exchange transactions
- Provision of information for Internal and External Audits
- Project management work to utilize new Treasury tools and systems
