Job Description
Travel Operations Director Responsibilities: Developing and implementing a company system. Setting up and organizing a monthly or annual budget. Develop necessary plans for business and work to achieve them Negotiating rates, deals, and contracts with travel agencies. Maintaining a good working relationship with travel service providers and vendors. Monitoring daily business indicators, such as booking and ticketing, marketing channels Tracking and reconciling company expenses. Recording employees\' tasks to ensure they comply with the company rules. Providing guidance to employees according to their positions Updating the company policy as needed based on market research and travel regulations. Commitment to using the company software\'s (accounting \xe2\x80\x93 task manager \xe2\x80\x93 HR\xe2\x80\xa6.) and training employees to use them Selecting and hiring staff members based on their qualifications and experience levels Managing the marketing and promotion of tourism services offered by our company and our partners Identifying potential problems within an organization and developing solutions to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. Requirements:
- Mandatory experience of 5-7 years in the travel industry. In dubai
- Knowledge of domestic and international travel regulations, customs and currencies
- Working knowledge of MS Office and CTM/GDS solutions
- Excellent communication (oral and written), Presentation Skills and Negotiation Skills
- Well-organized and reliable
- An analytical mind with strong business acumen
- Customer-oriented approach Currently living in UAE
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
