Key Responsibilities
Handle
travel inquiries
via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
Book
flights, hotels, (inbound & Outbound) holiday packages and Visa Assistance.
confidently using airline portals (Cebu pacific, FlyDubai, Air Arabia, Wizz Air, etc.).
Recommend the best options based on client preferences and budget.
Achieve and exceed
monthly sales and revenue targets.
Deliver
after-sales service
to ensure repeat and referral clients.
Stay updated with current
travel trends, visa updates, and promotions.
Requirements
Decent communication skills
in English (Tagalog preferred).
Minimum 1-2 years of proven sales experience
(Travel / Customer Service background preferred).
Must be
goal-oriented, energetic, and motivated
to perform in a fast-paced sales environment.
Confident in negotiating, upselling, and closing deals.
Currently based in the UAE
(Visit/Tourist/Cancelled visa applicants welcome).
Age below 30 years
preferred.
Knowledge of GDS or airline booking systems is an advantage.
