Role
Responsible for a wide range of tasks day-to-day. Will work directly with the Chairman. Focused on travel to support Chairman during business trips, trip planning, project management for his private office, general organisation, global product sourcing and personal shopping, and wide-ranging administrative and personal responsibilities.
Responsibilities
We are searching for a motivated, talented individual to join the team in Dubai. Your key responsibilities will include:
Organise Chairman travel and coordinate arrangements at the destination
Travel with Chairman and his family to destinations, primarily for work-related trips and related support in-country
Coordinate schedules with aviation staff and house managers
Project management onsite at residential properties globally
Arrange appointments, from business meetings to restaurant bookings to personal appointments
Work closely with business offices in Dubai and Singapore.
Product sourcing and personal shopping globally
Contribute to a warm, positive culture
Helping out with an assortment of projects as they arise
Requirements
