Travel Desk Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a well-organized and customer-focused Travel Desk Executive to manage travel arrangements and support daily tourism-related operations. The ideal candidate will assist clients and internal staff with ticketing, hotel bookings, itinerary planning, and other travel-related needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with travel agencies and vendors for booking confirmations and best rates.

Assist clients with travel documentation such as visas, travel insurance, and permits.

Provide itinerary planning and support with customized tour packages.

Manage travel desk inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.

Maintain records of all travel bookings.

Support staff and management with business travel arrangements.

Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.

Ensure compliance with travel policies and company guidelines.

Keep up-to-date with travel trends, rates, and new destinations.

Requirements:

Female candidate preferred for this position.

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.

1-3 years of experience in a similar travel desk or tourism role.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Basic knowledge of visas, travel insurance, and foreign exchange is desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
