Job Description
We are looking for a Travel counselor for a traveling company. He will be responsible for promoting and booking traveling arrangements for clients (individuals or businesses). The goal is to enhance satisfaction and acquire an expanding and dedicated clientele. Requirements and skills: \xc2\xb7 Proven at least 3 years of UAE working experience as a Travel Consultant \xc2\xb7 Excellent knowledge of traveling software (computer reservations systems, GDS systems and e-travel) \xc2\xb7 Should have experience Visa documentation (Inbound & outbound). \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage \xc2\xb7 Exemplary sales skills and customer oriented approach \xc2\xb7 Well versed in various areas of travel (domestic/international, business/holidays, group/individual etc) \xc2\xb7 Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively \xc2\xb7 Demonstrable ability to handle crises \xc2\xb7 Can be able to customize holiday packages by own \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills with customers/suppliers and Hotels.
