Key Responsibilities:
Arrange and coordinate travel bookings including flights, accommodation, visas, and transportation.
Maintain updated travel records and itineraries for all staff and visitors.
Liaise with airlines, travel agencies, and vendors for best travel options and rates.
Ensure compliance with company travel policies and procedures.
Provide timely support and communication to traveling staff regarding itinerary updates or changes.
Prepare travel expense reports and assist with related documentation.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Travel Coordinator, Travel Consultant, or similar administrative role.
Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and visa processes.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple travel requests simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with travel management tools preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle last-minute changes efficiently.
