Job Summary:

Preferably Under Own Visa or Sponsorship.

The Personal Assistant to the CEO with a strong background in Travel and Tourism and provides high-level administrative support to the CEO by managing their schedule, Managing Social media accounts, coordinating meetings, and handling a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the executive office. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle complex and confidential information.

Key Responsibilities:



Calendar Management:

Schedule and manage the CEO's appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Prioritize and coordinate multiple schedules to optimize time and efficiency.

Managing a CEO's social media account:

to ensure the executive's online presence is professional, engaging, and aligned with the company's brand.

Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, including emails and reports.

Meeting Coordination:

Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas and minutes. Ensure that all necessary information is available and follow up on action items.

Travel Arrangements:

Arrange and manage travel logistics such as flights, accommodations, and transportation. Develop detailed travel itineraries and address any related concerns. Coordinate and communicate with travel agencies, hotels, tour operators, and other tourism service providers.

Confidentiality:

Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality on all matters related to the CEO and the organization.

Administrative Support:

Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and maintaining records. Assist with special projects and tasks as needed.

Event Management:

Plan and coordinate events, such as executive meetings, corporate functions, and other activities. Manage logistics and ensure events run smoothly.

Expense Management:

Track and process expense reports, including receipts and documentation. Monitor and manage the CEO's budget-related expenses.

Project Assistance:

Support the CEO in various projects by conducting research, preparing reports, and providing logistical assistance.

Team Coordination:

Liaise with other departments and team members to facilitate communication and collaboration. Assist with onboarding new employees and coordinating internal events.

Problem-Solving:

Proactively address any issues or conflicts that arise, finding effective solutions and making necessary adjustments to ensure smooth operations.
